Training

Boxing training enables each fighter to maintain, analyze, and improve their own repertoire of techniques, physical abilities, and mental toughness.

 

Basic Training Includes: 

Goal: To develop solid Boxing fundamentals and base fitness level.

 • Basic Offensive & Defensive Technique

• Basic Footwork

• The Boxer’s Workout: Rope, Shadow Boxing, Hitting the Heavy  and Light  Bags

• Basic Mitt Work, Conditioning and Strength Training

  • Sparring (one on one contact in the ring)

Competitive Training Amateur/Professional

 Goal: To refine the fighting style, develop an arsenal of ring strategies and maximize conditioning. 

• Confront Opposing Styles

• Advanced Ring Generalship

• Regular Sparring

• Condition for Competition

• Compete w/ Full Corner Support

Must be accepted to represent our gym, for this rate, and fought 1 fight with USA Boxing.
